Suite 207 is a dedicated boardroom configured for up to fourteen, built for quarterly planning, leadership offsites, training days, and formal presentations where you need the room to reinforce the gravity of the conversation.
Both suites include a Samsung Neo QLED 65" Smart TV, a Logitech Rally Bar Mini video conferencing system, high-speed internet, whiteboard walls, and a fully stocked refreshment station with premium coffee, cold beverages, and snacks restocked daily.

Business Lounge rents private meeting rooms in Oakville by the day: $600 for Suite 206 (up to 6 people) and $730 for Suite 207 (up to 14). Wi-Fi, AV, refreshments and free parking are included.
Suite 206 suits interviews, team sessions and small workshops of up to 6. Suite 207 suits training days and technical workshops of up to 14, with two touchscreens, whiteboard walls and room to break into groups.
Bookings are by the day. For a shorter session, contact us with your times and we’ll quote a part-day rate.
Standard bookings run 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Evenings and weekends are available case by case at the regular day rate, so contact us with your dates.
Yes. Coffee, snacks and drinks are complimentary, and catering delivery is welcome. Food preparation on site isn’t permitted.
