All workspace or room bookings are subject to availability.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed under a member agreement.
Cancellations may be subject to fees. Specific cancellation terms are displayed during the booking process.
Refunds are only issued per our cancellation policy.
Members receive access according to the plan selected.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
You may cancel your membership at any time; however, no refunds will be given for partial months.
Misuse of the space, violation of terms, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination without refund.
You agree not to:
Use the space or website for illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with other users or tenants
Violate intellectual property rights of Business Lounge or others
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use third-party platforms to deliver services (e.g., Gmail, HubSpot, Constant Contact), and those services are governed by their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or facilities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
